• When you open your free account, be sure to have
  your mobile phone nearby for SMS verification.
  Once you complete verification, you will be
  greeted by our friendly wizard to help you add
  properties and tenants in no time.

SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Once you add your tenants, they will receive a
  quick email telling them about Rentigo and
  inviting them to download the app (it looks and
  feels like the property manager app, but has the
  features and information tenants need).
• After they download the app, all they need to do
  is create an account and add their payment
  information.
• Each month, every tenant will receive a reminder
  to pay his or her rent before it is due tenants
  can choose to pay via credit card, debit card or
  e-check.
• From your Rentigo dashboard, you will be able to
  see reports at a glance and from the palm of your
  hand, get notified when payments are made, keep
  track of maintenance requests, view your entire
  billing cycle and manage all your properties on
