Introduction
Fitness is very important for any player. It is
the capability to execute aspects of sports,
career and regular activities. It is normally
achieved through modest energetic physical
work-out, suitable nutrition and proper rest.
There are lots of physical fitness parameters to
improve yourself such as Power Speed
Stamina Flexibility Strength

Power
With power, a player can apply maximum force in
its short. Hockey is a very volatile sport thus
players are likely to have ability to power in
order to succeed. Hockey player usually plays an
average of 45 seconds every time they are on the
rink. During those 45 seconds, they are applying
insane amounts of force in a variety of different
ways.

Speed
Speed is the major factor in the games. If a
player has the ability to move rapidly from one
corner to another on the rink or move limbs
quickly to pass or shoot then he will be more
effective on the rink. It is the most important
parameter for any hockey player in order to be
succeeded.

Stamina
Improve your stamina to maintain physical or
mental force. Stamina is the physical parameter
that allows 2-way players to push back on
defense after losing a nasty control. Hockey
Helper suggests a very easy burpee test to
measure your stamina. Use the stopwatch on your
mobile and try and see how many burpees you can
do in a minute.

Flexibility
Flexibility plays an important role in ice
hockey sports. It is your bodys ability to
move from side to side in its full range of
motion. To be a successful career in ice hockey,
a player lower body, core, and shoulders require
being tremendously flexible.

Strength
Strength is also the most important parameter of
the fitness. It is your bodys capability
to perform work alongside resistance. Most of the

training. In fact, players have to be balanced
along with a variety of different parameters if
they want to be succeeded.
