  • Performance management is an indispensable
    section of team management. Every manager should
    focus on it to improve the performance of his or
    her team members.
  • Use your team management skills to learn how you
    can address the issue of poor performance.

  • You must know why an employee is not being able

  • Stay calm - Calm your mind. Take a walk in the

    and keep the conversation casual.
