Yoga offers enormous benefits. There is no doubt
about that. The truth is that, the only way to
benefit from yoga greatly, is through consistent
practice. The headstand is referred to as the
"King" of all yoga poses, known as asanas. This
is because it gives so much benefits to those
that practice it consistently. Apart from that,
it is also said to enhance the masculine
qualities of mental clarity, will power, as well
as mental alertness. It also aid in calming,

too. There are different yoga poses that are
beneficial to our general health. Savasana, also
called corpse pose, is the last posture or asanas
in any hatha yoga routine. Apparently, it can be

as it is regarded as the easiest, it is also the
most difficult pose to master, because it is so
internal.

This particular yoga pose is very powerful. It is
powerful to the extent that anyone can benefit
from it greatly, without even practicing other
yoga postures. What it actually does to youAs one
starts gaining more control over his or her
body's different muscles by relaxing them, you
automatically begin to slip away from the more
manic pursuit of diseased culture. Once you are
able to master the corpse pose, you will find it
easier to be calm, even in a witness state,
despite what is happening around you. The corpse
pose is a great one. It aligns your subtle body
with your physical. Without that, you will not
benefit completely from yoga's enormous health
benefits. The subtle body we are referring to, is
more like your energy field. It remains even
after the expiration of the physical body. It is
what we humans, will take with us, after bodily
death.

Apparently, your personal experience is what
produces the final judgment of how well you
carried out the corpse pose. You should practice
on a firm surface with minimal padding. It should
be done without the comforts that encourages
napping. Just lay flat on your back, legs apart
slightly and arms slightly apart too, from your
body with your palms up. Keeping your palms up,
will help you to stay awake. You should make sure
you do not fall asleep too. Remember that you
want more consciousness, not less. A mind racing
or drifting is distracting. When your mind does
this, try to bring it back gently to one of two
physical areas. Focus on breathing and relaxing
those tense muscles of yours.

tension, which occurs in sequence from the feet
up or from the head, neck and shoulders down,
takes time. So you may have to be satisfied with
partial relaxation sessions as you progress
