    have a good set of teeth and that is why it is
    important for us to improve the health and
    appearance of our teeth.
  • To help you do just that, here are some crucial
    tips to help improve the health of your teeth

Brush Your Teeth Everyday
  • Dentists recommend to brush our teeth at least
    twice a day. If is important to choose the right
    kind of toothbrush and toothpaste that suites our
    needs.
  • If you have sensitive gums, you should use soft
    bristles for your toothbrush which are gentler on
    your gums.
  • For toothpaste, it is important to use a
    toothpaste that address your needs. It should
    have Fluoride which helps to harden tooth enamel
    and reduces the risk of decay.

Do Not Forget to Floss
  • Flossing removes any plaque from between teeth.
  • It also removes plaque from under the gumlines,
    where your toothbrush cant reach.
  • It is important to not forget to floss everyday
