• According to surrogacy program, both male and
  female should require checkups and tests before
  choosing for surrogate baby.
• Tests required for women
• Blood group and Rh-factor
• Complete Blood Count made no more than 1 month
  before that
• Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B and C  tests

Tests required for women

• Bacterio-scopic analysis of discharges from
  vagina, urethra and cervical canal
• Cytological examination of uterine neck swabs
• Blood count for Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH),
  prolactin, follitropin, lutropin, progesterone
  and estradiol.
• Timed Endometrial Biopsy (TEB)

Tests required for women

• Bacteriological examination of the urethra and
  cervical canal
• Testing the level of glucose in the blood cells
• Examining for urogenital and torch-infections
• Mammography for women above 40
• Biochemical blood count (general bilirubin, 
  renal and hepatic tests,  glucose)

• Complete Blood Count test for  syphilis, HIV,
  Hepatitis B and C
• Tests for spermogram.
• Anthologist's consultation is required.
• Medico genetic consultations and other molecular
  genetic checkup.

• Blood count for thyroxin, Thyrotropin, 
  triiodothyronine, testosterone, prolactin,
  follitropin,  lutropin
