Carnelle D Rutledge is a salesman at Grote
Automotive. He has been a part of this company
since January of 2015. He has excellent sales,
marketing, and customer service skills. Being a
well-versed professional, he believes in building
strong relations with clients, providing them top
quality services. Prior to Grote Automotive,
the Fort Wayne based professional has worked in
two companies. Global Sports Inc. was the first
company with which he started his career. He
joined it in 1999 as a Client Service
Representative. At this company, he earned his
first promotion in 2000 and became Senior Client
Service Representative.

Carnelle D Rutledges designation was changed to
Director of Client Services in February 2002, and
then to VP of Client Services in 2008. At Global
Sports, Inc., he was selected for the Employee of
the Year for 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2009. From
2014 till January 2015, he served as a Finance
Assistant/Customer Service at Glenbrook Dodge,
Inc. While working with this company, he solved
all problems of the customers for dealership. He
also handled funding delays and assisted the
title department.

Carnelle is a qualified sales professional with
B.S. in Social Science (with GPA 3.3) from the
University of Central Florida from 1994 to 1996.
From 1993 to 1995, he attended Southern Christian
College for A.S. in Social Science. He also
became a part of Management Seminars organized by
American Management Association from 2001 to
2004. In addition, he also completed Modern
Marketing Course in 2000 and Business Management
Course in 2007-2008. Carnelle D Rutledge is
very passionate towards sports. He loves taking
part in a variety of sports activities that keep
him healthy and fit.
