take the fat off and keep it off for the long
term. Here are a few effective weight loss tips
to help keep the weight off

  • For an effective weight loss, plan your meals for
    the day in advance so when it is time to eat
    something you have something healthy to eat
    readily available and you need not quench your
    hunger by eating an unhealthy snack
  • Watch what you eat after dinner, it is quite
    common to snack while watching TV before going to
    sleep
  • A gap of at-least 2 hours between dinner and
    bedtime is helpful for effective weight loss

  • Brush your teeth after having meals and the minty
    clean mouth will serve as a reminder that you
    have already had your meal
  • Try to have more smaller meals throughout the day
    than having few large meals, that way you break
    down the calorie intake and give more time to
    your body for digestion
  • Do not bring snacks to home, because having
    chocolates, cookies, crisps etc. at home can
    indulge you what you do not have at home, you
    will not consume!
  • Breakfast is the most important meal of your day,
    never skip it try to incorporate oats in
    breakfast, not only are they nutritious but they
    will keep you full for longer.
