stiffness in movement.

    associated with aging, which affects the
    cartilage that in time will worn out causing
    pain, loss of mobility and muscle strength.

- Osteoarthritis - the cartilage becomes stiff
and as it damages tendons and ligaments become
stretched and cause pain- Rheumatoid arthritis -
appears at people aged between 40 and 60, more
common in women- Infectious arthritis - caused
by bacteria or viruses which cause infection in
the synovial fluid and tissues of a joint-
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis - affects teenagers
and even children

    cartilage and may be caused by trauma and
    microtrauma
  • - Secondary osteoarthrosis - occurs in the
    previously damaged cartilage and continues to
    increase in intensity
