Dr. Jerome Abrams- Family Physician
Dr. Jerome Abrams is a highly dedicated, highly
professional physician within the realm of family
medicine. He was recently voted Second Best
Physician in May of 2014 in the First State
Favorites edition of the Dover Post newspaper in
Kent County. Dr. Jerome Abrams is dedicated to
comprehensive patient care and getting to know
the uniqueness of each of his patients.

Dr. Jerome Abrams is a highly trained and
dedicated physician currently working within the
field of family medicine. In 1973, he received
his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy at
Franklin and Marshall College located in
Lancaster, Pennsylvania and was awarded the John
Noss Prize in philosophy. Dr. Jerome Abrams then
moved on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from
Temple University School of Medicine in 1977
before finishing his residency in family practice
at Franklin Square Hospital.

Dr. Jerome Abrams is a leader in the field of
family medicine. He is an excellent family
physician who gets to know his patients before
developing a comprehensive treatment strategy
that puts them on the path toward long-lasting
health. Dr. Jerome Abrams was board certified by
the American Board of Family in 1980.He continues
to get recertified around every six years.

practicing at his new family practice called
Family Medicine of Smyrna-Clayton in Smyrna,
Delaware. Dr. Jerome Abrams takes the time to get
to know each one of his patients and the medical
history that makes them unique. He is dedicated
to knowing his patients so he can provide the
best possible care.
