    back pain is the most common location of any kind
    of pain. More than 75 percent of the entire
    population suffers from back pain at some point
    of their lives. This means that four people out
    of five will suffer from back pain at any given
    point of their life.

It requires regular exercise to reduce lower back
pain and sciatica pain. The most common causes of
lower back pain and sciatica are stress, fatigue,
overuse, and injury and muscle strain. The
sciatica and lower back pain are continuous pain
and in some cases it might be permanent. But at
the same time back pain and sciatica does not
always send pain signals or disease. Instead in
most cases they can be cured completely.

The most common treatment for back pain and
sciatica is some form of exercises. The exercises
will enable the sufferer to lead a healthy and
active life within a short period of time. A
doctor will always say that the best way to lead
a normal life is to follow a daily routine of
exercises. Specially designed exercises are great
to avoid sciatica and also to get rid of the
sciatica pain.

It is a known fact that an individual who is not
active is more likely to fall victim to sciatica
than one who is active and the back hurts a lot
in this scenario. Also, an active person who is
suffering from back pain will return to fitness
much quicker than a non active person. People can
use ice therapy to good effects to lower the
pain. Also, they should try to avoid doing things
that aggravate the pain. It is very important to
avoid narcotics while dealing with back pain.

A proper exercise program will ensure a quick and
complete recovery. The exercises will also reduce
the chances of re injury. An exercise program
designed for a particular individual will enable
the person to return to a normal, healthy and
pain free life much quickly with very few
consequences. An exercise program for back pain
and sciatica need not be complicated and
difficult.
