    of good for your company, but there are still a
    few things it cant do, at least not directly.
    Even so, CRM is your best tool for getting and
    keeping customers. It can make the difference
    between success and failure in todays fast-paced
    and highly competitive world.

  • While CRM can help you to have more satisfied
    customers by providing you with the information
    you need to help them, a CRMS alone cant do
    this. Its up to you and your team to take the
    CRM data and to use it to make sure that your
    customers is getting what they need from your
    company

2. Directly Increase Revenue Your CRMS cannot
increase revenue on its own. What is does do is
to give you the information you need to take the
steps necessary to increase revenue. Its up to
you to look at the reports which the system can
easily provide to you and determine what you
need to do to bring in more money. The system is
your ally here, but it cant increase your cash
flow if you make poor decisions. 3. Market Share
Management This is another area where CRM is a
huge help to you, but it cant do this on its
own. Your customer relationship management system
will provide you with all of the reports,
analytics, and metrics to figure out where you
are in the market and what you need to do to grow
your share, but its up to you to make the right
choices to increase your sales and the size of
your territory. 4. Retain Your Customers CRM
can help you to keep your customers by pointing
you in the right direction, but CRM alone isnt
going to hang onto your customers for you. This
requires a combined effort from your entire
company, including such elusive factors as
employee attitude. However, your customers are
more likely to stick with you when they are on
the receiving end of the enhanced customer
experience that CRM can help you to provide.

5. Hit Your Sales Numbers Using your system to
track and identify whats going on with sales
will take you far down the road towards meeting
your quarterly numbers and other goals, but CRM
alone cant do it. However, your CRMS will help
you to target customers that need some attention
and to zero in on those that are due to buy,
which ultimately helps you to meet your goals and
targets. None of this is meant to discourage you
from getting and using a customer relationship
management tool. In fact, its probably the best
thing around to improve sales, increase revenue,
and keep your customers happy. You just need to
keep in mind that there are a few things out of
your control and CRM cant fix those. What it can
do is to free you up to focus on those elements
that you can change or improve, thus leading to
better relations with your customers and to more
