low carb high protein diet, then you need to stop

per day, excess weight disappears faster due to

If you have a low carb eating plan, do not drink
caffeine. Lowering caffeine consumption is a
great idea, but complete elimination is best.
Coffee has a huge impact on insulin production
rate. In order to keep fat production in check,
lowering insulin production is important.
Therefore, avoid the temptation to drink coffee
multiple times a day if you are serious about
losing weight. If you successfully do that, you
will find that your weight loss results become
much more exciting.
