• In early ages, probably prior to the 19th
  century, most clothing was sewn from the standard
  size based pattern. Clothing was custom made and
  it was based on home production. The clothing was
  handmade, home production or may be at order
  basis from dress makers and tailors. By the
  beginning of 20th century, an age of science and
  technology, a sewing machine was invented and
  factory production system was introduced.
  Clothing in 20th century increasingly came to
  mass produced and then sold at fixed rates. The
  fashion industry first developed in Europe and
