My name is Praveen Chandra. In 2004, I started a
commercial real estate company which acquires,
develops and manages single and multi-tenant
commercial buildings. We own and operate
multiple building across Southern California. In
2009 I began to acquire and renovate distress
commercial properties for lease and resale. We
continue to acquire and renovate these types of
properties. In 2013 I further expanded into land
development opportunities for single family homes
and commercial use with acquisitions in Northern
California. We acquire raw land and re-entitle it
for commercial and residential use.

I am the CEO and founder of a business called
Wireless One, Inc. located in Chatsworth CA. I
started it in 1996. I started this telecom
distribution business while still attending high
school being a distributor of paging products
which then transitioned in the distribution of
mobile phones. We distribute Motorola, Samsung,
Huawei, HTC and LG. We also manufacture our own
entire line of premium wireless accessories with
partners in Asia. Our distribution of our
products is global. The company started with one
employee which is myself and employs over 100
employees with offices in 3 states.

I am an investor owner of Hooters and Icon Night
club Downtown LA. My hobbies consist of travel
around the world, active in sports such as
basketball, tennis, and golf. I love watching and
attending sporting events such as the Lakers,
Clippers, and Denver Broncos games. John Elway
attended my high school so I have a been a Denver
fan since then.  I participate in charities with
support of the Malibu Hindu temple located in
Malibu California. I also participate in Soup
Kitchen located in Downtown Los Angeles on
Saturday mornings.

There are some business personalities, who strive
to develop their company and make their dreams
come true with lots of hard work. One such
personality to be known by everyone is Praveen
Chandra founder and CEO of Wireless One, Inc.
located in Chatsworth CA. He stepped into the
business field at the age of his high schooling.
