Bow Pose - Dhanurasana
  • Bow pose or Dhanurasana, is the 8th pose in
    the sequence of hatha yoga series. It is an
    intermediate backbend pose which gives full
    backbend to entire spine in the back side of the
    body. It is used as a preparatory pose for many
    other backbends like upward bow pose.
