The procedure used for reducing breasts size is
breast reduction surgery. This surgery involves
removal of excess fats in the breast, after which
they are the reshaped. This procedure is done by
cosmetic plastic surgeons for both women and men.
When done with men, the procedure is called
gynecomastia surgery.

• This condition can start in adolescence and may

• The procedure is done under general anesthesia,
  and takes approximately two hours. Drains are
  placed at the time of surgery, and can be removed
  in the office in two to five days. Patients are
  suggested to wear a compression vest for two
  months to aid in the skin re-draping process.

• Patients can resume most activities within two
  weeks, and should be able to perform chest
  exercises and heavy lifting by eight weeks. It is
  important to avoid steroid use if this was a
  causative factor.

  painful and takes quite some time to heal. During
  the recovery period, the patient can feel a lot
