    school we may not even have the questions!
  • Just because it may be part way to working for us
    does not mean the same things apply, you may be
    way beyond, not yet there or on a totally
    different route to where we were.
  • Relationships are the key to everything that we
    do our main focus in school.
  • Having a PSHE leader who is talented, dedicated,
    passionate about what she does and an incredible
    learner has been ok too!

  • We have placed a lot of emphasis on getting
    feedback from children and parents, and this has
    made some of the delicate processes in sex and
    drug education much easier the opportunity for
    ownership is vital this takes time and hard
    work. There was no short cut.

  • One of our key contributors has been our
  • catering manager and not just in school
  • meals. TAs play a huge part in the direction
  • that we have taken, so do welfare staff,
  • office staff, of course children and parents
  • and even occasionally Governors.
