In the recent previous report the seawater
carbonate system influence on CO2 transfer was
discussed and estimated, the results are taken
into account in modified numerical model.
The actual gas fluxes in chosen oceanic areas
were found as sums of bubble and diffusive
transfers with consideration of dissolved gas
content changes which are caused by high winds.
Mean climatic fluxes are estimated using wind
speed probability distribution. The estimates are
compared with fluxes, calculated by routine
procedures which in no bubble transfer is
considered and the undersurface gas concentration
is assumed independent on wind speed.

CONCLUSIONS 1. Vertical distribution of
dissolved gas content in upper ocean
layer visibly influences on transfer processes
under high winds 2. The great variability of
upper ocean layer structure in the Kuroshio and
Gulfstream zones complicates the air-sea climatic
gas exchange parametrization 3. New estimates
of bubble transfer contributions in climatic
fluxes of oxygen and of carbon dioxide are
compatible with results obtained before
