1) Create a loop of 3-4 meters of webbing w/ tape
knot

2) Pull the loop across your back

3) Hold the loop from each side of the waist and
reach for the loop between the legs

4) Thread the carabiner through all three loops

5) Adjust tape knot for firm fit
