CORE Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will
Speed Up of OCW Cases. The leaders of the
overseas employment industry sign the Memorandum
of Agreement which provide for the submission of
labor disputes filed by the OCWs arising from
violations of contractual obligations by their
foreign employers through voluntary arbitration.
The agreement encourages Overseas Employment
Providers, who are necessarily impleaded as
co-respondents, and complaining OCWs to submit
their cases for mediation / conciliation with The
Conflict Resolution Group Foundation, Inc. (The
CORE) headed by Ms. Annabelle T. Abaya before
filing the same with the National Labor Relation

In closing the Welfare Measures for Migrant
Workers by Overseas Employment Providers
contribute to 1. The re-shaping of our image
from that of being called vultures, blood-sucking
vampires, modern day slave-traders (these are
the good adjectives which describe us) 2.
Making us partners in the UPLIFTMENT of the
standard of living of our migrants 3. Creating
a socio-civic corporate culture concerned with
social responsibilities for the protection of the
migrants we deploy. 4. Building of WEALTH for
our migrants, as this is teaching them to fish.
