FAQS
  • If I am experiencing problems, or just forget
what to do, who can I contact for help?
  • For the Instruction Office Division, there are
two avenues to access support related to
    PeopleSoft questions
  • Instructional Mentors these are the Division
Secretaries, ADAs and a few other selected
individuals located off the main campus. Mentors
are available to be your first contact regarding
a PS8 question or concern. They are a great
resource for general navigation pointers and
tips, as well as routine process questions and
reminders. The mentors can also help you
determine if your question should be elevated to
the next level, the Functional Specialist.
  • Functional Specialist These individuals are
here to help when a process or report just
doesnt seem to work like it should. Or, data
you are familiar with just doesnt seem to look
right. Perhaps you cant access a page or report
you have in the past. Or, a process seems to
hang without ever completing. Your Functional
Specialist will help you to trouble shoot the
problem and determine the best corrective action.

More FAQS
  • What is cache? And, why should I clear it?
