    available for your project.
  • Download application from www.energystarhomes.com
  • Submit complete application along with home plans
    to the program.
  • A HERS rater will review the plans. If the
    planned home does not already meet ENERGY STAR
    standards, upgrade options will be presented for
    consideration.
  • Once the options have been agreed upon, sign and
    return an Agreement Form.
