• What is a List Serve?
• A list serve is an e-mail based discussion group
  where members can ask questions or share
  information. Once you join a list serve, you may
  send an e-mail to a specified address (e.g.
  myteam_at_myschool.com) and your message will
  automatically be forwarded to everyone who has
  joined that list serve.
• The members of the list serve can then respond to
  just the sender, the entire list or choose not to
  respond at all. It is a great way to get advice
  from several people at one time or to share
  information with a large group that could benefit
  from the information.
