Welcome! Are you interesting in donating money
to your parish community with little or no
effort? This brochure has been designed to
outline various ways you and your family can
raise money for the Church of St. Michael and St.
Michael School without spending additional money
outside of your normal buying habits. We hope you
find this information useful and informative.
Fundraising opportunities include Aluminum
Can Drive The can drive is held every third
Saturday from 9 am - 12pm in the school parking
lot. The can drive is held year-round.
www.labelsforeducation.com Clip, save, and
turn in UPCs and caps from participating labels.
Eligible products include Campbell's Soup,
Campbell's Soup at Hand (5 pts.), Campbell's
Chunky Soup, Campbell's Healthy Request,
Campbell's Supper Bakes (5 pts.), Campbell's
Select, Campbell's Soup to Go! (5 pts. ),
Franco-American, Pepperidge Farm (Goldfish 5 pts.
), Swanson broth canned chicken, Market Day, V8
beverages (Splash 5 pts.), Prego Pasta Sauces,
and Campbell's Foodservice. Each label is worth 1
point or 5 points depending on the product. The
points are redeemed for free merchandise for the
school. Labels can be placed in the collection
plate at Mass or turned into the school.

Recycling Bring your used inkjets and cell phones
to the schools main office. They will be
recycled and the school receives money from the
program.

monthly card purchases to your designated school.
Visit the Target site today to sign up and
designate St. Michael School as your school of

freezer section, look for Tyson products that
display the Project A logo. The label you save
is easily identified by looking for the simple 1,
2, 3 program steps. For every Tyson Project A
label you clip, save, and turn into school, St.
Michael School will receive 0.24. Parishioners

the large Campbells Soup Can in the pastoral

www.glscrip.com Scrip is "substitute money" in
the form of gift cards or certificates. Scrip can
be used to purchase anything from groceries,
fuel, clothing, toys, and cosmetics to
entertainment, electronics, home improvement, or
household services. Scrip is a great gift idea.
Scrip can be purchased at the school and church
offices during the week and after Mass on the
weekend. Some of the participating vendors are
ACE Hardware, Applebee's, Barnes Noble, Best
Buy, Blockbuster Video, Cabela's, Fong's, Holiday
Gas, Super America, Shell, Cub Foods, Village
Market, Rainbow, Home Depot, Office Max, Macy's,
Gander Mountain, Kohl's, Toys R US, and Von
Hanson's. A complete list of scrip and special

Community Restaurants
The following restaurants will donate a portion
of their sales to the school Culver's
(Shakopee) 1st Monday for the whole
day Fong's (Prior Lake) 2nd 4th Wednesday
for the whole day Tell wait staff you are
from St. Michael to receive credit for the
school. Davanni's (Savage) Quarterly, watch for
announcements in the bulletin or NewsNotes.
Coupons required. Obtain from school or
inquire inside of store. They have them
behind the counter. Wendy's (Savage) 3rd
Wednesday from 5 pm-7 pm
When collecting for Marathon, have family and
friends check with employers to see if they match
the donation.
