  • E-mail explaining issue with rates to all primes
    on 23 Jan 09
  • Perception within the pricing shop that the
    contractual rates are not necessarily fair and
    reasonable
  • All sole source proposals which go to pricing
    will have to be audited or the rates will have to
    be otherwise verified
  • Adds time to the proposal turnaround time

    include the following
  • Subcontractor Rate Tables (new template)
  • Legal Name in CCR ( Central Contractor
    Registration)
  • Cage ( Commercial and Government Entity) Code
  • Subcontractor Narrative
  • Must include the information that is on the new
    template
  • Cover letter
  • Must include information that is on the new
    template
  • Letter from the subcontractor granting permission
    to add the subcontractor to the primes team

    company and F2AST team

    submittals?
  • 616 subcontractor add packages received
  • Currently in review and will be worked as quickly
    as possible
  • If a specific subcontractor is needed for a known
    requirement, the Government will expedite
    review/addition of that subcontractor

    purposes)
