Background Information

• A series of low pressure areas have passed
  through the region in the last three weeks
  resulting in greater than normal rainfall. The
  remnants of a tropical depression are predicted
  to approach the area in the next 24 hours and
  forecasters are warning of the potential for
  significant flooding.

• Due to the significant rainfall, pipeline
  maintenance activities have been affected.
• Some low lying meter and regulator stations have
  experienced minor flooding.
