AHRB Rules
  • 5 member board 3 members constitute a quorum
  • Hold open public meeting regarding annexation
  • Determination and related findings shall be filed
    with City Council
  • If a determination is not made today, then a date
    for continuance of this meeting shall be set
    today
  • A final determination shall be made no later than
    November 8, 2006
  • City staff will compile a letter outlining the
    AHRB determination and findings, to be signed by
    the AHRB Chair and filed with City Council
  • Determination is a recommendation to Council

  • The AHRB shall, as its first action, select a
    Chair
  • to lead the proceedings
  • Selection of the Chair shall be completed
