    Sponsor ballot end of 2007)
  • Next working group meeting is tentatively
scheduled for 12-14 February 2007, Japan

    ready
  • The group is running a 14-day email ballot of
    their policies and procedures
  • The group is running a 14-day email ballot to set
a working group assessment to pay for IEEE funded
    services (tied to voting rights)

IEEE P1685
  • Draft Standard for IP-XACT, Standard Structure
for Packaging, Integrating and Re-using IP Within
    Tool-Flows
  • Revised PAR approved by Standards Board in
    September
  • Participants invoiced multiple times for the
    entity project participation fee

unable to vote in working group
  • Transfer of specification from Spirit consortium
to working group approved in November

8
IEEE P1694
  • Standard for Enterprise Strategic Decision
    Management
  • PAR approved June 2006
  • Working group meeting primarily via eMeeting
    every 2 to 4 weeks
  • Issued initial very rough draft of standard for
internal WG review on November 13th
  • Had initial WG walk-through of the assembled
    document on November 17th
  • Identified missing items and need for more
explicit statement of shalls and shoulds
  • Each primary author is preparing their proposed
shalls and shoulds for each of their sections
for review at December 7th eMeeting

9
IEEE P1694 (cont.)
  • Standard for Enterprise Strategic Decision
    Management
  • Planning WG face-to-face seminar in Schaumburg on
December 13th to provide overview of some of the
underlying methods for WG members who are not
    already familiar
  • Plan to have a second rough draft ready for WG
review (and compliant with IEEE template) before
    end of year
  • Added new WG member from Boeing to be an
    alternate to current member
