Problem

• Initially we were tasked to build a bridge out of
  paper, spaghetti, and glue that would span a 20
  inch gap.

Design

• For our original design we had a truss arch
  bridge.
• Here is an example of what our blueprint wouldve
  looked like if done professionally.

Background

• In forming our design we had multiple
  inspirations
• One was the basic truss bridge design coming from
  a bridge in France a teammate of ours had seen
  before.
• Most of the other ideas were drawn from our own
  minds.

Assembly

• After building all the necessary parts we found
  that our bridge was not legal.

Redesign

• Using what materials we had built and the little
  spaghetti we had left we started work on a new
  design.

Prediction

• We believe that the new design will hold around
  10-15 pounds.
