  • Replace all ceiling tiles-OR replace all stain
    and/or broken tiles in all rooms and hallways
  • All rooms and hallways painted
  • All vinyl wall coverings removed and/or replaced
  • Clean and/or replace all air duct grills
  • All room should have keyless card system for
    entry
  • Replace or refinish all wood doors in building
  • Replace all trash containers in all rooms and
    offices
  • All wooden cabinets in building should be keyed
    the same.
  • In all room with sound tiles on upper part of the
    wallremove and paint502, 503, 504, 505
  • Computers replaced in all classrooms, labs, and
    offices
  • Replace borders on walls in all rooms
  • Replace the two current water fountains with
    stainless steel refrigerated water fountainsmake
    sure the water feeder lines coming and going are
    clean and clear.
