The Peak Process
  • You developed a detailed application using both
    process and results criteria.
  • Your CPEx examiners have reviewed and evaluated
    your application, spending between 50 and 60
    hours per examiner. Examiners are volunteers.
  • Examiners have identified Specific Site Visit
    Issues that may result in final Feedback Report
    themes, strengths, and opportunities for
    improvement.
  • During this site visit examiners will
    Verify/Clarify these Issues by
  • Review approximately 100 requested documents
  • Conduct interviews with key executives, leaders,
    and staff and
  • Collaborate to write your Feedback Report before
    leaving on Friday.
  • CPEx Judges determine award recipients after
    evaluating the feedback report.
  • Quest Award recipients will be recognized at
    the November Quest celebration.
  • The Feedback Report It is all about IMPROVING
    PERFORMANCE !
