Start with a New document.

Insert a Table.

Decide how many Rows and Columns you want in your
Table.

Heres a basic 2x2 Table.

Now Insert a Picture from a File.

Find your way from the default folder to the CD.

Look for the PRC_icon-cd.

Take a look at the Folders on the CD.

Look inside a Folder to see how the icons are
arranged.

All the icons are in alphabetic order Word even
gives you a preview!

Click on the icon you want, then hit Insert.

The picture appears in your Table at the cursor.

TAB to the second column and click on the down
arrow in the FONT window.

Then do the same for the FONT SIZE.

Hit the BOLD key and type in the message to go
with the picture.

Tab to the next ROW and insert a new picture and
text.

Lets do some tidying up. Highlight the Table

now hit the CENTERING key to change the format

Now click on a picture to see the outline box
Click, hold, drag the corner.
