Photo Authorization Form
Throughout the school year, I will be taking
pictures of my class participating in various
school events. These photos will be used for art
projects, holiday gifts, and end-of-year events,
such as student-made scrapbooks and a
parent-viewed slideshow. In addition, some
pictures will be posted on my classroom website
for your viewing pleasure. This is simply a fun
way to get families children more excited and
