• In the next few years, we as a nation will make,
  or fail to make, critical decisions regarding
  global warming pollution and clean technology
  investments. These decisions will have
  far-reaching and irreversible impacts on the
  lives of todays students and the lives of their
  children. At this moment in time, we owe our
  young people at least a day of focused discussion
  about global warming solutions for America.

What is Focus the Nation?

• Focus the Nation is an educational initiative,
  that also promote civic engagement. To encourage
  dialogue and solutions to global warming through
  educational and discussion based activities on
  January 30 and 31, that involve campuses, civic
  organizations, and businesses to usher in a
  change.

At Texas AM

• Tabling at Rudder Fountain Pick up information
  about campus and local groups and projects aimed
  at lessening our environmental impact and pick up
  a free Cliff bar.
• January 28th through 31st , 10am to 2pm
• 2 Solution Webcast presented by Focus the
  Nation on solutions for global warming and
  discussions by national acclaimed scientists and
  environmental experts.
• January 30th , 7pm to 9pm , in the Library Annex-
  Room 410
• Focus the Nation Forum Professors, members of
  local government, and students lead discussions
  on solutions for combating and responding to
  climate change.
• January 31st , 7pm to 830pm, in the MSC Flag
  Room
