System (OOS) Order supplies from Central Office
using OOS Obtain names of qualifying students
(all degree levels) Identify faculty /
administration to be invited Create list of
invitees on OOS Invite eligible students and
faculty (through tapping or mailing / emailng of
invitation) Identify confirm installing officer
/ induction speaker

location for event, photographer, etc. Collect
membership fees and indicate paid members on OOS
on an ongoing basis Follow up with paid members
to complete online MDP Follow up with
non-respondents on an ongoing basis encouraging
them to accept the invitation to lifetime BGS
membership

To qualify, chapters must submit Chapter Survey
of Membership Acceptance by October 1, 2008

r must have achieved 70 overall acceptance rate
in previous year (Exemplary Premier
Chapters) Or
