    Civil Rights Division of the USDA Food and
    Nutrition Service.

  • This is accomplished by

    religion, religious belief, or religious

  • Allowing a religious organization that
    participates in USDA programs to retain its

    support any inherently religious activities such
    as worship or religious instruction.
