collaboration of all economic stakeholders.
Importance of BEE stakeholders and negotiation
partners to participate in process. Non-inclusion
of key stakeholders can result in potential
delays and backlash against the set targets - Scorecard negotiations can be held back due to
deadlocks and disagreements - Scorecard dictates the extent and pace of
implementation
