• Phase 1 of DSV opened in February 2008, and
  replaced the former Student Village at
  Jordanstown. The accommodation is mostly in the
  form of 5 person apartments, clustered around
  three attractive courtyards with on-site parking.
  Phase 2 is currently under construction and will
  be ongoing throughout 2008/09. Check out its

• What will it provide?
• 620 high quality bed spaces with unlimited
  broadband access.
• Fully accessible accommodation
• As well as accommodation for students
  dependants, spouses, and those requiring
  additional space in enhanced sized bedrooms.
• It will provide a mixture of five and two
  bedroom apartments.
• The development will comprise a commercial unit
  such as a shop, the Residential Services Office,
  a laundrette and communal space for students to
  gather and socialise.
