Getting Started
Available Express Review Tracks for Request
  • Express Review Program Request Form is submitted
    to the Aquifer Protection Section via email.
  • Tracks open at 9am, four weeks prior to the
    submittal date.

  • Applicant will email the Express Review Request
    Form directly to the coordinator with an
    authentication number.
  • Only one application should be emailed by the
    applicant.
  • First eligible applicant will have opportunity to
    reserve track.

  • Original Express Review Request Form, Agreement
    Contract, and Application fees must be received
    by the Central Office within two (2) business
    days of approval notification into the express
    review program.
  • Failure to submit information and fee by
    established date will result in forfeiture.
  • Fees are non-refundable.

Meetings
  • Submittal and review meetings are on the first
    and third Tuesdays and Thursdays and the second
    and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
  • Meetings are usually in the Central Office, but
    may be in the Regions.
