Solution of Can't log in to the Account
  • Double-check your email account and password,
    ensuring they are entered accurately.
  • Verify if your Outlook email account is
    supported. Supported account types include
    Exchange Server (2007 SP2, 2010, 2013), Microsoft
    365, Exchange Online, Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo! Mail,
    and Outlook.com (including Hotmail, Live, and
    MSN).
  • If unsure about your email account type, contact
    your workplace support team or Internet service
    provider (ISP) for assistance. They can help
    identify the account type and provide further
    guidance.

  • If you encounter issues accessing your existing
    email account, consider removing and re-adding
    the account. Follow these steps to add or remove
    an email account
  • Navigate to the settings section and select the
    account you wish to remove.
  • Click on the "Remove Account" option.
  • Choose between removing the account from the
    device while keeping the data or removing both
    the account and associated data.
  • Once the account is removed, proceed to add the
    account again.

Solution of Lost/Deleted Emails Recovery
  • Download email recovery software from the
    internet.
  • Open the drive or folder where the emails went
    missing.
  • Click on the "Scan" option to initiate the search
    process.
  • Wait for the scanning process to complete.
  • Navigate to the "Others" option in the left panel
    to quickly locate email files.
  • Locate the Outlook or PTS files in the list.
  • Select the files you want to recover and click on
    the "Recover" option.
  • Save the recovered files in a different folder
    than the original one.

Solution of IMAP POP Related Issues
  • Access your Outlook email account.
  • Click on the "File" option.
  • Open the drop-down menu under "Account
    Information" and select the IMAP account with
    errors.
  • Click on "Account Settings" and then choose
    "Server Settings."
  • In the IMAP Account Settings, paste the new App
    Password into the Password box.
  • Click on "Next."
  • Finally, choose "Done" to complete the process.

  • Open the Outlook application on your device.
  • Go to the "File" option and click on it.
  • Navigate to "Account Settings" and click on
    "Account Settings" again.
  • In the email tab, select your profile.
  • Choose the repair option. (Note The repair
    option may not be available in Outlook 2016 for
    connecting to an Exchange account).
  • Follow the instructions provided by the wizard.
  • After completing the repair process, restart your
    Outlook application.
