  is a threat, your fight-flight response kicks in.

  survival purposes (to either fight or flight)

• -Activates ACTH from pituitary gland
• -Autonomic Nervous System
• ANS
• -Sympathetic system activates Fight-Flight
• Physiological arousal

• Hair stands up
• Muscle Tension

• Respiration rapid and shallow
• Heart Rate Increases
• Liver releases its stores of sugar
