• The disconnect between 1 and 2 results in fully
  trained health care professionals who are not
  prepared to excel in the current health care
  system.

The Solution

• Redesign MUSCs training programs so that
  students excel in the technical aspects of their
  chosen profession while learning how to
  effectively interact with other health care
  professionals.
