Buying a new home can be stressful at best. A lot
goes into purchasing a new home and even more
gets tacked onto that when trying to purchase a

builder will discount their home if they dont
work with a realtor. Despite recent press
regarding builders cutting prices to account for
a slowing housing market, they do not discount
homes just because youre not working with a
realtor. While this is upsetting to some, there
