    administrator instructions, and proper-nouns list
    match for students taking TAKS and for those
    taking TAKS (Accommodated).

  • Both students and the test administrator MUST use
    Form 1 for TAKS. There is only one form of TAKS
    (Accommodated).
  • A copy of the proper nouns list applicable to
    each grade/language must be distributed to each

    masters provided in each campus box.
