  • Xenofobic attidudes still alive
  • Degree studies are for free, no fees are
    interpreted as weak quality and lack of resources
    cause problems in internationalization

    tailored program?

  • Additional funding must exist for universities to
    collaborate internationally (state-to-state, EU
    programme funding etc.)
  • Easy Jointly analysed and agreed existing
    courses as part of the JD?
  • Planning still necessary
