Technology problems and potential solutions

• Better ergonomics, equipment and pacing, voice
  technology
• Move to LED technology, pacing, larger font size
• Change lighting, where possible, take outside
  breaks, chunk the work

• Physical pain at the keyboard
• Headaches from viewing the screen
• Irritability due to fluorescent lighting,
  information overload

• Dealing with information overload
• Changing from multi-tasking to sequential
  processing
• Remembering and avoiding confusion

• Marking term papers online
• Have a very specific guideline for students

• Use sequential grades with manual aids
