• Help schools identify teachers and the initial
  curricular offerings to pilot
• Help fund necessary teacher training
• Work with industry government to help provide
  infrastructure needed to deliver curriculum
• Provide linkage with Chico State facilities,
  faculty, students
• Provide refresher teacher training on campus
• Give Academy graduates preferential consideration
  for College of ECC scholarships
