Bike to Work Week Bike to Work Week is our
biggest event of the year. Our goal is to get
people out of their cars and onto their bikes.
Bike commuting makes for healthier people,
communities, and environments. How cool is that?
BTWW is full of fun activities, challenges
and rides to ignite everyones commitment to
saddle up each May. Coordinator

Fun-n-Family Rides Pancake Rides Giro de la
Luna Summer fun for cycling folks includes our
annual Fathers Day Pancake ride and others. In
July, the Giro de la Luna Ride Moonlight ride
explores the Flagstaff Urban Trail System by

SafeKids Helmet Program
FBO provided nearly a thousand helmets to
youngsters at below cost in 2008 to make sure
everyones noggin is protected. Bicycle Safety
Rodeos FBO teaches 2nd-4th graders cycling
safety, hand signals and road-riding tips. Let

Coming Attractions

Loop Trail Imagine over 40 miles of
recreational trail that encircles Flagstaff
thats the Loop Trail. Coordinator

Youth Mountain Biking Program Kids 10-14 are
taught mountain biking skills, trail ethics, and
cooperation. And they have a great time on Flags

Trail Crew Join
FBOs Trail Crew and help build the trails you
love. We construct, repair and maintain trails
for sustainability once or twice a month
everyone has fun and we get to meet our other
trail users. Its a Win-Win kind of trail crew
from Spring until the snow flies. Mobile Trail
Crew provides first-aid to local trails during
the week for those who like to ride and

Trips for Kids The Trips for Kids program
introduces the joy of mountain biking, the
outdoors cooperation and fun to underprivileged
