  • The Completion Report

Definition and Purpose
  • Definition report written at the end of a
    project that gives the audience a basic overview
    of the life of the project. It becomes part of
    the history of the project.

Introduction
  • Explain the project a two-semester effort to
    construct a web site for the EFGC
  • Describe the audience and purpose of the project
    choir members, church officials. Site will
    publicize the choir and its mission.
  • Discuss the scope of the project ex.
    Construction of web site, site maintenance and
    choice of ISP not discussed.

Collected Data
  • The first section is a review of the fall part of
    the project, referring readers to the report in
    the appendix.
  • Each of the groups will write about its part in
    the project
  • Cover what, how, and why the group
    fulfilled its tasks.
  • Supplement the text with appropriate graphics

Conclusion
  • Results discuss the final rationale for the
    completed project, showing how the two parts of
    the project were accomplished.
  • Recommendations tell audience what the next
    steps are in the process.
  • Site maintenance
  • ISP selection

  • A copy of the fall semesters report on creating
    the web site
  • Other information as appropriate
